Re: [csswg-drafts] Rendering of style and script elements (white-space: pre) (#7167)

I agree that when these are non-`display:none` they should be pre and monospace. These elements are displayed *very* rarely, but when they are (live code demos, for example), they're formatted in this way *anyway*.

That said, the UA stylesheet is maintained by the WHATWG HTML spec - could you [raise this as an issue there](https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/new)?
