Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-4] Allow invalid `color()` with value definitions (#7136)

Ah, so this text about forgiveness is leftover from the (currently punted to a future level) ability of color() to do author-defined colorspaces.

@svgeesus Afaict, all the forgiveness text should be removed now, yeah? The remaining grammar is strict, both about what keywords are accepted and how many params they take. We don't need to, at this level, allow for varying numbers of arguments or author-idents for the color space.  We also don't need to accept unknown non-author idents, because we no longer have the fallback argument.  Right?
