Same question as @bramus asked. I'm also waiting for the update of the syntax in the spec. Due to this spec issue, I implemented `@scroll-timeline` only partially in Firefox because I expect some features, like `scroll-offsets`, will be obsolete soon. And so only default descriptors (in `@scroll-timeline`) are supported in Firefox (behind a preference flag) because I'm not sure how many things we have to update after we change the spec.
