Again, all of these are reasons to make wide scrollbars something you can set *at the browser level*, not something that individual pages can choose to use. Anyone who needs wider scrollbars to help them interact with the page will need it on *all* pages. This exact argument has been had multiple times in this thread already. As this issue has already been resolved by the WG, but this keeps coming up, I'm going to go ahead and lock the thread.
