In case it produces a faster response than the email i sent to the CSS WG list, let me mention here that the link to https://drafts.csswg.org/css-text-4/#word-boundary-detection has not been working for some time, and i'm unable to read the examples in the text by looking directly at the .bs file. This is making it difficult for me to formulate suggestions for this issue.
