We should give this rule a general name so that it can be extended in the future and restrict it to image manipulations for now. If that's what you meant by your sentence, then I guess I'm fine with that. Though I want to stress that _image creation_ is a topic on its own and needs separate discussion, especially regarding context-sensitivity as [mentioned in a previous comment](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/6807#issuecomment-1223613877).
