chromium now fails a bunch of WPTs because it doesn't render with appearance:none like webkit and firefox: https://wpt.fyi/results/css/css-ui/compute-kind-widget-generated?label=master&label=experimental&product=chrome&product=firefox&product=safari&aligned&q=meter It would seem that these WPTs are saying that we should make appearance:none render with the fallback stuff again... is this now in the spec?
