Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-4] Achromatic colors converted to hue-ish spaces should treat hue as "missing", not NaN (#6107)

Heya @svgeesus, as we discussed [a little above](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/6107#issuecomment-834785792), I'm specifying that white/black also treat the saturation/chroma as missing.

This is easy in HSL, since lightness has a 0%/100% min/max I can point to where saturation is powerless.  But Lab/LCH only have a minimum lightness (0%); you can go higher than 100%.  Are all the values above 100% "white", just extra-bright? Or can they still have a meaningful hue/chroma?
