Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-counter-styles-3] Korean hangul informal counting style? (#2191)

I'm not sure which are four suggested styles as I only see two there, but I think the syllable and consonant styles in https://w3c.github.io/predefined-counter-styles/#korean-styles are all more usual and frequent in real world than korean-hangul-formal.

To list:

* https://w3c.github.io/predefined-counter-styles/#circled-korean-consonant
* https://w3c.github.io/predefined-counter-styles/#circled-korean-syllable
* https://w3c.github.io/predefined-counter-styles/#hangul (which is the most frequent one I think, but I have no data to support that)
* https://w3c.github.io/predefined-counter-styles/#hangul-consonant
* https://w3c.github.io/predefined-counter-styles/#korean-consonant (this seems like a simple alias of `hangul-consonant`?)
* https://w3c.github.io/predefined-counter-styles/#korean-syllable (also just an alias of `hangul`?)
* https://w3c.github.io/predefined-counter-styles/#parenthesized-hangul-consonant
* https://w3c.github.io/predefined-counter-styles/#parenthesized-hangul-syllable
