Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-variables?] Higher level custom properties that control multiple declarations (#5624)

Is the `@container` solution able to do other kinds of conditionals too? E.g. `1vw > 1em`? Or only custom properties? It would be nice if people can compare values of entire expressions instead of having to basically solve for x to find what the bounds are for the custom property, but that's a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker.
