Re: [csswg-drafts] [css-color-5] color-contrast() grammar should specify that the second list of colors requires at least two colors (#6055)

I suppose the `color-contrast()` function **could** take a list of one color; but the returned result is then that color so there is zero point.

I will fix the grammar as you suggest to agree with the prose, because it only has utility when there are at least two colors to choose between.
