Given the updates in [CSS Fonts 5: Relative sizing: the font-size-adjust property](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-fonts-5/#font-size-adjust-prop) and also [SS Fonts 5: Font property descriptors: the font-size](https://drafts.csswg.org/css-fonts-5/#font-size-desc) does this issue still need to be open?

These solve the _very specifically about adjusting based on the x-height_ issue, and the _adjusting several fonts in a stack by different amounts_ though not by the mechanism proposed in the first comment.
