Windows 11 is introducing a new visual style and with it, new scrollbar designs that are intended to be consistent across both the desktop and the web. I agree with the resolution of #2009. Microsoft Edge (and subsequently any Chromium-based browser) will have these new scrollbars going forward on Windows. @SelenIT It's not necessarily just about developers. As a browser product, we see lots of complaints from customers about web developers who have hindered their customers ability to use a web page by styling or removing the scrollbar. It is more important to keep an OS-consistent scrollbar experience for Users of a browser than to give a developer freedom to change the scrollbar to fit their designs. -- GitHub Notification of comment by bmathwig Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/2153#issuecomment-884466589 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
