Yeah, this would be real useful for something like "[intrinsic typography](https://css-tricks.com/intrinsic-typography-is-the-future-of-styling-text-on-the-web/)" - but I can imagine other use-cases as well. It's interesting to think about media/container "breakpoints" as keyframes in an animation, which we can then interpolate (with easing). My immediate association is scroll-timeline.
