We reimplementing panning and pinch-zooming for squoosh.app, and as such we don't have platform physics. We also have a split viewport, where half the screen shows one thing, and the other half shows another, but it acts as one surface. I guess we'd need events from one pinch-zoom surface that we can replicate elsewhere.

Users have also asked for looping scrolling to implement carousels.
