@SebastianZ I just got hold of a Windows laptop, and was able to reproduce an issue in Chrome 85. The issue is related to the one you reported. Scrolling one small "tick" with a mouse wheel causes the scroll container to scroll down and snap twice: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1132177 This also happens with scroll-snap-stop: normal. This issue might be the cause of the reports I've gotten of users not being in control. -- GitHub Notification of comment by johannesodland Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/5467#issuecomment-698739475 using your GitHub account -- Sent via github-notify-ml as configured in https://github.com/w3c/github-notify-ml-config
