I don't think we should add `inline-math`. There's no reason to have that if we add `inline math`.

Given that `<math>` by default behaves as an inline in an inline context, it seems more logical that `display:math` should be the inline variant and `display:block math` should be the block variant, similar to how `ruby/block ruby` is designed.  Modeling it on an existing similar feature is likely easier to implement and spec,  and easier to learn for authors.
