The resolution says 'math' outside of MathML context computes to 'flow' but it seems that would mean outer display is block:

> If a <display-inside> value is specified but <display-outside> is omitted, the element’s outer display type defaults to block—except for ruby, which defaults to inline.

which is a bit different to what we discussed. I think we meant "math" and "inline-math" computes to "display flow" or "inline flow" respectively.
