Okay so about the remaining "trailing semicolon" issue. Is it valid? I guess not [as @tabatkins already said](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/5558#issuecomment-700850412) in [issue 5558](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/5558) so we can close this one too? @fantasai ?
