It should be 100px wide. Both the `min-content` and `max-content` size of an image with one fixed dimension and an aspect ratio are calculated from those two measures. See https://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/visudet.html#inline-replaced-width and https://drafts.csswg.org/css-sizing-3/#intrinsic-sizes
