SimonSapin has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts:

== [css2] Switching to single-page broke existing URLs ==
It looks like https://drafts.csswg.org/css2/ was switched to a single-page. This broke many links that exist in the wild to URLs like https://drafts.csswg.org/css2/visudet.html#propdef-vertical-align. Can we add redirects?

Presumably https://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/ will have the same issue when it’s updated.
