As Rachel Andrew mentioned in her article [Why Are We Talking About CSS4?](https://www.smashingmagazine.com/2020/03/css4-pros-cons-discussion/), that CSS5 is finally here, then it must mean all major browsers have full or near-full support. Also, there is a right point that there’s a significant bundle of new CSS features that have been developed after CSS3 and which are ready for use and second, that they are ready for use ([Rick Gregory](urhttps://github.com/rickgregoryl)). I agree with these significant thoughts.
