I remember that we had discussed several years ago in Sapporo. For now, Chrome , Safari , Firefox will map 'cursive' to KaiTi for both Traditional and Simplified Chinese, when font is available (on Windows and macOS). The only problem I found is pairing with default cursive latin font.
