The other main issue I've taken with the current syntax proposal is that IMO, too many tangentially related concepts are being squeezed into a single property: `prefers-contrast`.

The `forced` value has no direct relationship to contrast. Forced colors can be any value, resulting in higher, lower, or no change in contrast. Granted, Windows has a few "max" contrast themes that are also forced, but in my mind, the `forced` concept is closer to `prefers-color-scheme` than `prefers-contrast.` Why shoehorn it in here when it already has its own property: `forced-colors`?
