[csswg-drafts] [css-cascade] Better name for "custom origins"? (#4981)

mirisuzanne has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts:

This is in relation to #4470 custom-origin proposal.

This needs bike-shedding. The term "origin" is already a loaded term. This is really a layer of cascade _between_ origins and specificity. There is some similarity to design layers, though it's not an exact comparison. Another suggestion was "sources".
