@r12a Basically posed the question @frivoal asked in https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/3861#issuecomment-529348086 - should implementations be changed to match the Unicode spec, or should Unicode be adjusted to match implementations? Leaving it open; waiting on Unicode.
