The more I think of this, the more I like Fantasai's suggestion of explicitly listing the properties you want to ignore, as the values of a property which cascades normally. Maybe make it `forced-color-ignore: all | <property-name>+`, where `forced-color-ignore: all` replaces the currently spec'd `forced-color-adjust: none`.
