@AmeliaBR & @argyleink I know my questions about scrolling might not be about the most common cases, but here's a quick demo/gif to aid in understanding my crazy talk.

From left to right, scrolling with direction/speed blur/smear effect
- `backdrop-filter` with content scrolling behind
- `backdrop-filter` scrolling over static content
- `filter` on content scrolling
