frivoal has just labeled a pull request from frivoal for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts as "css-writing-modes-3": == [css-writing-modes] Clarify how propagation from body works == 'writing-mode' and 'direction' are propagated up from the body element. This affects the root element in addition to the ICB and viewport, but only for used values, not for computed values. The same propagation is optionally allowed for 'text-orientation'. Closes #3066 [css-spec-shortname-1] Brief description which should also include the #issuenum-or-URL and/or link to relevant CSSWG minutes. Copy the above line into the Title and replace with the relevant details. Fill in any additional details here. See https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md for more info.
