Right. I edited my statement above just now to remove "not." Also, with regard to the Korean problem, or its special-casing, I think that you can safely assume that a "space" can be used to un-break such lines. While Korean text can break on spaces **and** between hangul syllables, I see no reason why such lines would break on anything other than spaces in this context.
