Unfortunately it is not completely obvious as the box extends over more than the section. If it was completely obvious then I would not have found a problem - it was bizarre clicking on a link and finding information on a different subject to what I was expecting. Having to click on the link to find out what it is is a poor UX. Would it be really difficult to include what the box refers to in the head of the box? Surely the information is already available behind the UI, and transferring it to the UI would be quite easy.
