@kojiishi In general, if there is overflow, text-alignment doesn't happen. So I think it's OK in this case, if there is extra spaces in the line that don't fit, that they're not considered for alignment.

Overall I think @frivoal's proposed adjustment to the CSSWG resolution is a good fix, it addresses some unforseen problems in the original resolution but otherwise preserves its spirit and, in nearly all cases, its behavior. And it does so by taking advantage of existing definitions we already have for `hanging-punctuation`, so I think it's a clean solution.
