`Accept-CH-Lifetime` was [removed](https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/pull/878), but its [persistency features were not](https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions/pull/878/files#diff-6e79d9caec04bd66d25e88d370797f08R131) (it was removed as it was suggested that implicitly setting persistency for the lifetime of the session would provide the same benefits and would lower complexity).
