@morille Could you provide a test case or two showing these differences? I know of a bunch of weirdness between touch/click environments with scrollers, especially in ios with use of `-webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch` or pointers above border boxes outside the scroller. I'm willing to help point out ambiguity in the spec, if you could help me understand the specifics of what you are describing above?
