j9t has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-values] Expand “UA” abbreviation == Minor issue, just a suggestion: https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/WD-css-values-4-20181010/ speaks about “UAs” much of the document (starting in §2.3) without expanding the term; if anything then only in §6 and later is there mention of “user agents.” I suggest that for such abbreviations, the first mention is spelled out alongside its abbreviation, as with “user agents (UAs)” or such. The suggestion is based on the idea that we’re well familiar with these abbreviations, but not everyone might.
