The computed value for animation-name can contain strings.

For example, the following are valid:
@keyframes "initial" { ... }
@keyframes "None" { ... }

The computed value for animation-name
  `"initial", "None", None`
should be
  `"initial", "None", none`

Without quotes, the computed value would not round trip.
