I am not too enthusiastic about listing in css-ui all the possible types of hyper links that exist in all possible types of markup (there are not that many popular markup languages, but still), but I think a general statement like "UAs must apply `cursor: pointer` to hyperlinks for all supported document formats via the UA stylesheet, using a normal (i.e. not !important) declaration" would be OK, and then individual markup languages like SVG would make the more specific requirement about what that means exactly for them. -- GitHub Notification of comment by frivoal Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/2664#issuecomment-388234153 using your GitHub account
