birtles has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [css-animations-1] Mark AnimationEvent.pseudoElement as no-longer at risk == This was marked at-risk in 443658519d8b3e866db025ab3e11dcf0cbdf8841, presumably because only Firefox implemented it at the time. [Chrome bug 437132](https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=437132) has now been fixed so I think we can drop the at-risk annotation.
