@stephenmcgruer From what I can see, chrome/safari/firefox don't behave like you posit... http://jsbin.com/zuwikov/ In the example, open your inspector and notice how the blocks scroll when you remove the `top` and `bottom` property declarations individually. On load they are both set to `0` making it so nothing actually moves while you scroll what would be the in flow layout of the sticky elements.
