@Lcfvs My suggestion of `:blurred` surely isn't flexible and was only brought up to solve the use case above. Something easier to get consensus on than the possible complexities `:event()`. @c-smile In your suggestion, I'm guessing a pseudos transition "out" would take precedence over the transition value for a selector that matches the element without that pseudo class? -> https://css-tricks.com/a-specificity-battle/ This all sounds like it may be pigeonholing some sort of poorman's version of "events" into the "statefulness" of css pseudo-classes?
