Responding to [the original issue](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/2021#issue-278443106) by @faceless2 the example which erroneously used 0 to 255 scaling has now [been corrected to match the prose of the spec](https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/commit/b1783eca33adad894e141b2b9cdf783ad6908a98#diff-4dcdf0ecb00e997ce9e5b7d522a0cb62).
