@kornelski This is essentially what we suggest in the paper, as well. Tag history entries with the origin(s) to which they should be visible. To make it robust against side channels, this should probably be implemented at the lowest level possible (i.e., do the filtering at the storage engine responsible for executing history data queries, rather than at the renderer).
