It might be worth checking if #1995 covers the concerns @bzbarsky previously raised about the behavior of `@keyframes` and inheritance of `animation-name` in shadow DOM being under-specified: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1018269#c7 Also, I know we agreed at one point that `@keyframes` should cascade (or at least I think that's what [Tab's mail](https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2015Jul/0391.html) was aiming at) but I don't think anyone implemented that.
