upsuper has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts:

== [cssom][css-animations] Serialization of CSSKeyframesRule and CSSKeyframeRule is not speced ==
There are lots of blank in CSSOM's [serialize a CSS rule](https://drafts.csswg.org/cssom-1/#serialize-a-css-rule), and it doesn't seem it is extendable at the moment, so rules defined in other specs cannot define how they should be serialized themselves.
