`font-emoji` or `font-variant-emoji` seem to be the most straightforward. Given that change, the value `text` might be better renamed to `none` even though `text` aligns with Unicode.

Anything that refers to "presentation" or "glyphs" is too generic since things like `font-variant-east-asian` could also fall under those descriptions.
