Has there been any investigation about how visibility:collapse affects border collapsing? Pasting from WebKit's [attempt](https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8735#c7) at implementation: > Collapsed borders: What is the "cell above" a given cell for the purpose of determining that cell's top border if the row above is collapsed?
