CSSWG concluded in Seattle that `block::first-letter` should match the
 H in `<run-in>Heading</run-in><block>Lorem Ipsum</block>` and that 
`<run-in>` has no `::first-letter` because it's an inline. The spec 
has been updated accordingly.
