`:has()` is equally as problematic, from a perf perspective, as 
"parent" selectors.  This is why `:has()` is marked as part of the 
[static profile](https://drafts.csswg.org/selectors/#static-profile) -
 it's explicitly *not* allowed in stylesheets.
