The latter two should probably go to [Ready-made Counter Styles](https://www.w3.org/TR/predefined-counter-styles/). You can open new issue there directly. I have no idea about suzhou-numeral. Maybe [CLReq](https://w3c.github.io/clreq/) should add a section describing list styles used in Chinese.
