waldbaerkoch has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts: == [cssom][css-syntax] Initial filling the CSS rules of a CSS style sheet or a grouping rule == In the current CSSOM editor's draft, there are procedures to insert a single rule, created from a string, into a CSS style sheet or a grouping rule. But I cannot find a defined procedure to initially fill their rule lists when creating a CSS style sheet or a grouping rule. Maybe, CSSOM should use https://drafts.csswg.org/css-syntax-3/#parse-stylesheet or https://drafts.csswg.org/css-syntax-3/#parse-list-of-rules for defining an appropriate procedure.
